    Galician Association of Shellfish Workers demanded, as a prelude to future judicial and administrative actions, the Departament of Rural Environment and Sea make a final decision on the facts alleged in court AGAMAR in October last year against the Galician Federation of Fraternities and its president Benito Gonzalez Sineiro. In the complaint inadmissible, it is revealed the misappropriation of public funds and monetary rewards unevenly, but until now there is evidence of a full refund and without any action or any pronouncement of the Regional Minister Rosa Quintana.

    TSXG accepts AGAMAR’s appeal against hardening of the renewal PERMEX

    The High Court of Justice of Galicia (TSXG) agreed to hear the appeal by AGAMAR against the order of the Regional Ministry of the Sea which hardens the conditions for renewal of licenses for shellfishing. Among the new requirements include the requirement for the effective 95% of the surveillance, planting and cleaning the beaches of Galicia.

    The Prosecutor of the Galician Court of Justice and the Council of Auditors of Galicia initiated actions related to the complaint filed by AGAMAR regarding the alleged improper receipt of financial compensation by the President of the Federation of fishermen’s associations, Benito Gonzalez bell. Attorney Galician recently commenced proceedings arising from this complaint information, ordering the submission of all the District Attorney acted in A Coruña, to have the territorial jurisdiction to investigate these facts.
