    The High Court of Justice of Galicia has dismissed an appeal by the Regional Government the decision of the Court of Administrative # 3 of Pontevedra, in May 2011 annulled the elections in 2009, confirming the irregularities in the electoral process.     AGAMAR informed the Council of accounts of Galicia and of the Prosecution of the Superior Court of Justice in Galicia several information referents to the undue perception of retributions of cash by the president of the Galician Federation fishermen’s Associations, Benito González Sineiro.
